1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Cybrix, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as Rechase, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our AI-powered content re-upload detection platform (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

• –Account Information: Email address and any profile information you provide
• –Platform Integration Data: API keys and webhook configuration you provide to connect your platform
• –Detection Event Logs: Metadata about blocked re-upload events (content IDs, detection method, confidence scores, timestamps) — never the content itself
• –Usage Data: Feature usage patterns for improving the Service
• –Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security
• –Payment Data: Processed through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers

3. Client-Side Processing

The Rechase demo on our website performs all image analysis entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and on-device AI models. No image data, perceptual hashes, or CLIP embeddings computed during the demo are transmitted to our servers. Your content never leaves your device.

4. How We Use Your Information

• –Operate the re-upload detection pipeline for your platform
• –Store fingerprint databases (hashes, embeddings) associated with your account
• –Deliver real-time block events and audit logs
• –Send Slack or webhook alerts as configured by you
• –Process payments and manage subscriptions

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with:

• –Infrastructure Providers: Cloudflare and hosting providers for service operation
• –Stripe: Payment processing
• –Slack: Alert delivery when you configure Slack integration
• –Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Fingerprint Data

Content fingerprints (SHA-256 hashes, perceptual hashes, CLIP embeddings) stored in your account are associated with content you have designated as removed. These fingerprints cannot be reversed to reconstruct the original content. You retain full ownership of all fingerprint data in your account.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure API key management. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we retain data for 30 days for recovery purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• –Request deletion of your account and associated data
• –Export your detection event logs

10. Children's Privacy
