Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rechase (the "Service"), operated by Cybrix, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rechase is an AI-powered content re-upload detection platform that uses perceptual hashing and semantic embeddings to identify modified re-uploads of removed content. The Service is intended for platform operators, Trust & Safety teams, and content moderation professionals.

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• –Have a valid email address
• –Provide accurate information during onboarding
• –Be at least 18 years of age or acting on behalf of an authorized organization
• –Not share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
• –Have rights to process the content fingerprints you submit to the Service

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service is offered under custom pricing tiers based on platform size and detection volume. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime by contacting us. Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure or billing errors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• –Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• –Process content without proper authorization from your platform's users
• –Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• –Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• –Use the Service for surveillance or tracking of individuals outside your platform's content moderation scope

6. Content and Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all fingerprint data, detection event logs, and configuration you submit to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. The on-device demo processes data locally in your browser — no content is transmitted to our servers during demo use.

7. API and Integration

By using our API, you agree to keep your API keys confidential and rotate them immediately if compromised. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access that violates these Terms or poses a risk to service stability.

8. No Guarantees

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% detection of all re-upload attempts. Detection accuracy depends on the nature of modifications, content type, and configuration. Results should be reviewed by qualified Trust & Safety personnel before enforcement action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrix, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your detection event logs and fingerprint data before deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
